I’m Coach Phil — a father, fighter, and coach who knows what it feels like to look strong on the outside while struggling on the inside.
I’ve lived through the dad bod, the low energy, the depression, the bad habits, and the feeling of being disconnected from my purpose.
I rebuilt myself through discipline, training, faith, and a system that transformed my body, mindset, and identity. Now I help men do the same.
My mission is simple:

I don’t just teach transformation — I lived it.
I’ve been training men and athletes since 2017, competing in Taekwondo and Muay Thai, and staying fit and disciplined while raising three daughters and leading in my community.
But I didn’t get here by having it all together.
I fought through depression, bipolar disorder, weight gain, low energy, and seasons where I lost my confidence and discipline. I know what it feels like to carry pressure, show up for everyone else, and still feel like you’re falling apart inside.
I rebuilt my life through structure, faith, and a system that strengthened my body, sharpened my mind, and restored my identity.
Now I use that same proven process to help other men rise.
